Can Servant-Leaders Get Real Results?

In this post SYTE CEO, Erin Koss, continues to write on the subject of Servant Leadership and asks, can servant-leaders gets results?

Over the last few weeks, I shared a little bit about my journey into being “all-in” when it comes to Servant Leadership (here and here). The underlying question of both posts is, can real results be achieved while also serving others?

Cheryl Bachelder CEOImagine my excitement when I came across this EntreLeadership podcast where the Cheryl Bachelder, CEO of Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, specifically talks about the relationship between these two objectives.  I found the 30 minutes to be well worth my time and came away feeling validated, empowered, and energized to continue working to bring the two concepts together.  She provides some great examples about her organization’s journey and a bit about the practicalities of the process they follow that allows the two ideas to live together in their organization.

If being a Servant Leader is how you desire to roll, I encourage you to give this a listen. If you have questions about servant leadership, please don’t hesitate to leave a comment below or give us call.
