On March 8, 2018, Aptean announced that it acquired Industry Built Ltd., providers of Just Food ERP. According to Aptean’s press release, “The acquisition of IndustryBuilt extends Aptean’s capabilities in the food and beverage market, a key growth area for the company.” Our take on the acquisition raised the question of what the acquisition might mean for Industry Built’s current customers.
