What we did:
The City of Redmond had to do more without growing their staff. They suspected their system might be part of the problem. It was, but it wasn’t as big a problem as they thought. This project began as a Software Evaluation and Selection but ended up being a Requirements Definition and Process Improvement project when we determined the solution they were using was really the best fit. From the start, we had broken down the project into two phases: 1) Requirements Definition and 2) Software Evaluation and Selection because we suspected their issues were more process than systems related. In the end, we recommended upgrading their current system to the current version, integrating a couple of add-on systems with their core financial system and a number of process improvements.

- Time and money saved by upgrading instead of replacing enterprise solution.
