What happens a couple of Harvard MBA’s buy a 30-year old family-owned jewelry manufacturer? Lots! They set out to create an innovative distribution model that would be a win-win for them and retailers large and small. Trouble was, their existing systems weren’t able to keep up. The existing systems was struggling to support existing and would definitely not support the new business model. And it was sure to struggle with the additional transaction volume. But the biggest risk of was the solution was no longer supported by the developer. Uh-oh! We helped them evaluate and select a tier-two enterprise solution which included financial, manufacturing and distribution applications. Along the way, we worked with them to automate Order to Cash and Procure to Pay Processes. In the end, mayhem was avoided, customer adds increased rapidly and so did the bottom line. We love that.
